HOW TO ORDER

Orders must be placed with your TeamLeader Rep. You can find your rep here.

 

ORDER PRODUCTION:

Please make sure your order is complete, including sizes, styles and colors. Order will not be processed until order confirmation and payment is received.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Please read over information on your estimate carefully. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for errors on orders. Once orders are in process, no changes or additions can be made.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, we must strictly follow these policies. Full prepayment is required by Official School Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover).

TeamLeader assumes no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials and labor, or to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war or other unavoidable cause.

 

MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS:

Please provide us with all information when placing your order. If trying to match a previous order, please state when ordering. If garment has custom monogramming or lettering, please send a sample or photocopy. Monogramming on uniforms may vary slightly do to font/style changes. Please label all samples and photocopies clearly.

 

COLORS:

We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all products and materials, lots may absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Therefore, TeamLeader cannot guarantee a perfect color match.

 

MINIMUM ORDERS:

Please contact your rep for specific minimums.

 

LETTERING:

We require a minimum of 10 on all New Tackle Twill Lettering orders.
A minimum of 5 will be required on all reorders or loose lettering. Glitter lettering should not be put in the dryer. Hang to dry.

CANCELLATIONS:

All TeamLeader uniforms are specially made for each customer. Therefore, once your order is submitted, it is impossible to make any changes or cancel items on the order.
