To place your order by phone, call Toll Free 1-877-365-7555. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday through Friday.
ORDER BY FAX:
You may order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax. Simply fax your order directly to our Order Entry Department at 1-877-611-8326. Include sales specialist’s name if applicable. Once faxed, please call your Sales Specialist to confirm receipt of fax.

Please make sure your order is complete, including sizes, styles and colors. Order will not be processed until order confirmation and payment is received.
Please read over information on your estimate carefully. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for errors on orders. Once orders are in process, no changes or additions can be made.
In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, we must strictly follow these policies. Full prepayment is required by Official School Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover).

TeamLeader assumes no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials and labor, or to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war or other unavoidable cause.
MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS:
Please provide us with all information when placing your order. If trying to match a previous order, please state when ordering. If garment has custom monogramming or lettering, please send a sample or photocopy. Monogramming on uniforms may vary slightly do to font/style changes. Please label all samples and photocopies clearly.
We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all products and materials, lots may absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Therefore, TeamLeader cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
A minimum of 5 uniforms is required on Custom Uniforms, Custom Warm-ups, Custom Manufactured Items & Package Specials. We are unable to process individual orders for any manufactured item.
• New Uniform orders under 5 - Custom Uniforms are not available. • New Uniform Qty: 5-9 - Add $18.00 per package.
• Fill-in Uniform orders Qty: 1-4 - Add $18.00 per package.
• Fill-in Uniform orders of 5 or more - No additional charge.
We require a minimum of 10 on all New Tackle Twill Lettering orders.
A minimum of 5 will be required on all reorders or loose lettering. Glitter lettering should not be put in the dryer. Hang to dry.
All TeamLeader uniforms are specially made for each customer. Therefore, once your order is submitted, it is impossible to make any changes or cancel items on the order.
