Please return items by a trackable method. (Ex. UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) All TeamLeader merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Any discrepancies from the packing list must be reported within 3 days. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for any discrepancies after distribution. All return claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of item. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON AFTER 14 DAYS. For all exchanges, TeamLeader must receive unworn merchandise BEFORE items can be reshipped. Shipping charges will be added on any orders requiring additional shipments for exchanges. To return a defective item, please contact your TeamLeader Rep for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must include a copy of packaging invoice, return form, reason for return/ exchange and requested action. Worn items will not be accepted for exchange or credit. All items must be in original packaging, unopened for exchange or credit to be approved.



Any shoe exchange must be received in restockable condition and in their


ORIGINAL UNMARKED BOX. If shoes are not in restockable condition (clean, unmarked box, unlaced with all color cards included), they will be returned to you. For shoe defects, please notify TeamLeader within 14 days of delivery.



Forms must be enclosed in all return shipments. 



Due to the fragile nature of monogramming, extra care may be needed. Some stitching may become loose after numerous washings or improper care. Therefore, we cannot guarantee durability of monogrammed garments. Inspect monogrammed garments carefully; all return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.



Due to the fragile nature of metallic and glitter fabrics, we do not recommend on uniforms intended for long term use. Metallic and glitter fabrics are not a durable product for long term use. Some metallic /glitter will come off with numerous washings or improper care. Hair spray and perfume will cause discoloration of metallic fabrics.



Garments that meet the order and style specifications are not considered a quality issue. TeamLeader will not be responsible for replacing or remaking uniforms that have been outgrown. You may be ordering for growing athletes. Take this into consideration when ordering. For sanitary purposes, uniforms returned for inspection or for a defect must be clean.

TeamLeader assumes no liability for delivery delays due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials or labor. TeamLeader, also assumes no liability over conditions which we have no control including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, natural disasters or other unavoidable cause. TeamLeader prices are subject to change without notice due to unavoidable cause.
